HAILEY CAMPBELL

Hailey Campbell has been an integral part of Denver Liberty University for the past few decades, where she serves as the Head of the Department of Education. With a distinguished career in academia, Campbell is renowned for her expertise in educational leadership, curriculum development, and teacher training. She has significantly contributed to advancing education policies and practices, both within the university and in broader educational circles.

Campbell joined Denver Liberty University in 1995 and has since taught a variety of courses, including Educational Leadership, Curriculum Design, and Classroom Management. Her innovative teaching methods and commitment to student success have made her a beloved and respected figure among students and faculty alike. In addition to her teaching responsibilities, Campbell has been a driving force behind several key initiatives aimed at improving educational outcomes and fostering inclusive learning environments.

Throughout her career, Campbell has been involved in numerous research projects and has published extensively in leading academic journals. Her work often focuses on the intersection of education policy and practice, with a particular interest in how systemic changes can enhance learning experiences and outcomes for diverse student populations. She is the author of Educational Leadership in the 21st Century (Harvard University Press, 2015) and has contributed chapters to several edited volumes on education reform and policy.

Beyond her academic achievements, Campbell has held various leadership roles within professional organizations. She is a past president of the American Educational Research Association and a fellow of the National Academy of Education. Her expertise is frequently sought by educational institutions and policy makers, and she has served on numerous advisory boards and committees, including the U.S. Department of Education’s Advisory Committee on Educational Excellence.

Campbell's contributions to education extend beyond the national level. She has been an active participant in international education forums and has collaborated with educational leaders from around the world to share best practices and drive global improvements in education.

Before joining Denver Liberty University, Campbell earned her B.A. in English Literature from Princeton University and her Ph.D. in Education from Stanford University. Her early career included roles as an educational consultant and a high school teacher, experiences that have deeply informed her approach to both teaching and administration.

In her role as Head of the Department of Education, Campbell continues to inspire and lead with a vision of excellence, equity, and innovation, ensuring that Denver Liberty University remains at the forefront of educational advancement.
